Unincorporated community areas.
Originally developed to assist the US Census in identifying general community areas for their use in calculating demographic statistics for communities. Community areas depicted are not any type of official community boundary for any given area or necessarily the official name. They only represent generalized communities based on spatial clustering of site addresses and/or Planning Areas used by Development Services.
